Mr. Patrick J. Downing, ’87

 In your prayers, please remember the soul of Mr. Patrick J.
Downing, ’87, who died on Wednesday, May 11, 2005. Obituary, wake and funeral
information is as follows:
A Mass of Christian Burial
for Patrick J. Downing will be offered at noon Monday in Nativity of Our Lord
Catholic Church, 26 Thorn Ave., Orchard Park. Burial will be in Nativity
Cemetery, Orchard Park. Mr. Downing died Wednesday in Mercy Hospital. He was
36. Born in Buffalo, Mr. Downing graduated from McQuaid High School in
Rochester and John Carroll University in Cleveland. He worked for Oakleaf Waste
Management as regional sales manager for the northeastern United States and
Ontario. Mr. Downing had a natural charm and a quick wit. He enjoyed hockey, golf
and the outdoors. He was a faithful member of Nativity of Our Lord Church. Mr.
Downing is survived by his parents, Thomas and Charlotte of Orchard Park; two
brothers, Thomas of Buffalo and Sean of Hamburg; and three sisters, Amy Bamrick
of Buffalo and Julie Murphy and Bridget Downing, both of Oakville, Ont.
Eternal rest grant unto him,
O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him.
May his soul and all the
souls of the faithful departed rest in peace.
